Your privacy matters to us at every step. Here is exactly what to expect when you order from Lustful Liberties.
The parcel
- Plain outer packaging — a standard brown box or grey mailing bag with no logos, branding, images, or product names anywhere on the outside.
- The shipping label carries no company or trade name at all — just your name and delivery address, exactly as you’d expect on any parcel.
- No indication of the contents, inside description fields, or customs-style labels for UK deliveries.
- Items are packed securely so nothing can be identified by feel or sound.
Your bank statement
- Your payment will appear on your card or bank statement under the discreet descriptor “[Billing descriptor — confirm with your payment provider]” — not “Lustful Liberties.”
Emails
- Order and dispatch emails come from a neutral sender address and use discreet subject lines. Product names appear only inside the order confirmation itself, never in subject lines.
Delivery
- Couriers see only a plain parcel addressed to you — no company or trade name anywhere on it.
- If you miss a delivery, any card left will reference the courier and tracking number only.
Our promise
Nobody — housemates, family, neighbours, or the courier — will know what you have ordered or where it is from.
