What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, items ordered.
- Account data (if you create an account): login email and order history.
- Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and cookies (see below).
- Age confirmation: a record that you confirmed you are 18 or over.
Why we collect it (lawful bases)
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns — performance of a contract.
- To confirm you are over 18 and meet payment-provider requirements — legal obligation / legitimate interests.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in — consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud — legitimate interests.
Our discretion commitments
- We never sell or share your data for third-party marketing.
- We share your data only with the services needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider, delivery couriers (name and address only), our hosting provider, and our email service.

- Your purchase history is treated as sensitive. Access within our business is restricted to what is needed to run your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet tax and legal obligations. Account data is kept until you delete your account or ask us to. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email support@lustfulliberties.com. We will respond within one month.
