These terms apply to all purchases from www.lustfulliberties.com, operated by MG Independent Trading Ltd, trading as Lustful Liberties, registered in England and Wales, company number 12627038, registered office 6-7 Cecil Square, Margate, Kent CT9 1BD. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Age requirement
This site and its products are for adults aged 18 or over only. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe otherwise. See our Age Policy.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or age or payment verification fails — and will refund any payment taken.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on receipt of full payment.
5. Returns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Note in particular the hygiene exemption for intimate goods that have been unsealed, opened, or used. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Product use and safety
Our products are sold for use by consenting adults, as intended by the manufacturer. Please read all product instructions and warnings before use. Inspect items — particularly restraints and impact accessories — before each use and stop using any item that shows damage or wear. Body-safe cleaning and care guidance should be followed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse of products or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@lustfulliberties.com of any unauthorised use.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (nothing prevents consumers relying on mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction within the UK).
