Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom and to most international destinations. Your exact delivery cost is calculated and shown in the basket before you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking
All orders are sent tracked. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Tracking emails are worded discreetly and do not reference product names.
International orders, customs and import rules
Adult products cannot legally be imported into some countries. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please check your own country’s import rules before you buy — we cannot refund parcels seized by customs.
Any import duty or local tax is the responsibility of the recipient.
Missed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver, they will leave a card or attempt redelivery under their standard process. Undelivered parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the original delivery cost.
Delays and issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (21 for international), contact support@lustfulliberties.com with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
