Will anyone be able to tell what I’ve ordered?
No. Parcels arrive in plain, unbranded packaging with no company or trade name on the label — just your name and address — nothing on the outside indicates the contents, and your bank statement shows a discreet billing descriptor rather than our store name. What name appears on my bank statement?
Payments appear under a discreet billing descriptor — never “Lustful Liberties.”
How long does delivery take?
Standard tracked delivery times and options are shown at checkout, with faster options available. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same or next working day. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items with the hygiene seal intact can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of intimate items once opened or used, unless faulty — in which case you’re fully covered by your statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or after that for a repair or replacement. We cover return postage for faulty items.
Do I have to create an account?
No — guest checkout is available. An account just makes reordering and tracking easier.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We never sell your data, we share it only with the courier and payment provider needed to fulfil your order, and we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you sell to under-18s?
Never. This is an adult store for customers aged 18 and over only, and we cancel any order we believe has been placed by a minor. See our Age Policy.
