Because of the intimate nature of our products, our returns policy is a little different from a standard shop. Please read it before ordering.
Your right to cancel (unopened items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund — provided the item is unopened, unused, and with any hygiene seal intact.
Hygiene exemption (opened items)
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate products once the hygiene seal has been broken or the item has been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. This exemption is set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applies to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.
This applies to (but is not limited to): all toys, insertables, wearables, lubricants, and any item sold with a hygiene seal. Lingerie may be returned only if unworn, with hygiene strips and tags intact.
Faulty items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- If an item is faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund.
- After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement, and a refund if that is not possible.
If your item is faulty, contact us at support@lustfulliberties.com with your order number and a description (photos help). Do not dispose of the item until we have advised you. We cover return postage for faulty goods.
How to return an eligible item
- Email support@lustfulliberties.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We will confirm the return address and reference.
- Post the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We recommend a tracked service — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Return postage for non-faulty returns is paid by you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is earlier). Your refund will appear under our discreet billing descriptor, the same as your original purchase.
