Worth knowing
Electro has hard safety rules. Never place electrodes above the waist, and never let current cross the chest or heart. Do not use it at all if you have a pacemaker, an implanted electronic device, a heart condition, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. Keep it below the waist, start at the lowest setting, and never use it on broken skin. If you are new to electro, read up properly first rather than experimenting.
