Who it’s for: People who want to try impact play without going straight to a paddle or flogger. Light enough to tease, firm enough to sting. The friendliest impact toy there is.
Skip it if: You want a heavy thud rather than a sharp sting, or you have no interest in impact at all.

A crop with a broad tip. Crops are more precise than paddles and easier to control than floggers, which makes them one of the better first impact toys – you can be very gentle or genuinely sharp with the same tool.

Worth knowing
The tip stings far more than the shaft, and the sting builds rather than arriving all at once. Warm up gradually, stay on the backside and thighs, and avoid the lower back, kidneys, joints, hands and face. Check in often – marks that look mild during a scene can bloom afterwards.
